LAS VEGAS CENTRAL

Despite the general economic downturn in the American economy, and in the building industry in particular, Las Vegas continues evolving and expanding.
The much heralded and highly anticipated City within a city, City Center in Las Vegas has run into some funding problems, but no doubt will be completed, more or less per plan.
Now, the second city within a city in Las Vegas is about to be born, as Mayor Oscar Goodman's long time dream of a renewed Downtown Las Vegas will soon become reality.
Naturally there will be at least one casino/hotel, after all this is Las Vegas, but the majority of this project will consist of a performing arts center, office space and residential units.
This latest Las Vegas wonder called, Union Park, should provide a much needed enhancement to Downtown Las Vegas.
