Virgin America, the adjunct to the cost cutter airline "Virgin", has announced some new rock bottom airfares including trips from San Francisco to Las Vegas.

With a great deal of flair and fanfare, Virgin owner and sometimes daredevil, Sir Richard Branson, who undertook a near fatal parachute jump off The Palms Hotel and Casino, officially launched the new routes.

In typical Las Vegas fashion the event featured a number of Hollywood stars such as Carmen Electra, and an in-air wedding ceremony performed by Branson.
