It seems that the United States has violated more than the rights of its own citizens with the passage of legislation outlawing credit card funding of Internet gambling accounts.
With its typical arrogance and lack of concern for the rights of others it appears that the Federal Government is violating a law it sponsored that regulates some aspects of the "WTO". As a result the economies of some tiny countries, such as Antigua, may be in jeopardy.
