This is it boys and girls, the big game, the super bowl!
This time, not only will the NFL champion be crowned but, perhaps, we'll have a new record set, if the New England Patriots emerge victorious.
I suspect that this will be the most watched Super Bowl of all time and the betting action shows signs of eclipsing all previous records.
Before I get into my prediction I want to let you in on all these Super Bowl related websites that I know you'll want to visit.
First up is the official Super Bowl XLII website.
Next we have an interesting blog page with all kinds of Super Bowl stuff where you can exchange your Super Bowl thoughts with other fans.
We can't have a Super Bowl without super commercials so first take a look at the CBS Greatest Super Bowl Commercials of the past, and then check out this page which is supposed to have the 2008 Super Bowl ads. I say "supposed" because as of this writing they weren't up yet. They do have a facility to sign up for a notification when they are posted.
After the game you can vote for your favorite Super Bowl XLII commercials on YouTube.
I don't endorse this place, or any other, but I thought for the sake of curiosity you might want to check on the availability and prices of Super Bowl tickets, yikes!
So who do I think will win the game?

The line on this game may change before Sunday, but currently New England is the favorite by anywhere from 11 ½ - 14 points, with minus 12 as the most common.
I think that New England will win the game, but fail to cover the 12 point spread, the same as with the Patriots AFC Championship win.
Brady will play, and The Giants will be up for the game, not only to win the crown, but also to spoil the Patriots quest for a perfect season, including the playoffs.
But the Pats should play their hearts out for this one and, frankly, they are the better team.
We'll see, and in the meantime stay up with the odds by checking out Las Vegas NFL odds, and this other Las Vegas odds maker before placing any bets.
Have fun and good luck!

on the radio - and he said that the Super Bowl underdog is 4-2 against the spread - Makes me like the Giants (which I sort of did anyway)
