Check out this video for a look at The Rampart Casino, which was originally conceived to attract the wealthy international golfing community, and has since become Las Vegas most upscale "locals" casino.

The Rampart Casino is located in that part of Las Vegas known as Summerlin; an upscale area dotted with private gold courses.

The Rampart opened its doors in 1999 as "The Resort at Summerlin", and has since undergone several ownership and name changes. The project we initiated by a Swiss company and seemed destined to become the destination of choice for well-heeled golfers from around the globe due an exclusive arrangement with several nearby country clubs which guaranteed tee times to the hotels guests.

Due to poor management bankruptcy ensued and the casino changed ownership several times and the theme changed to accommodate local gamblers who desire more elaborate surroundings without having to go to The Strip.

This property is lavishly appointed in an old world European style and boasts elaborately landscaped grounds with waterfalls, gardens and a small man-made lake.

Here's the website.
