Did you ever think you won on a slot machine and nothing happens?
Is it possible that these computerized mechanical marvels could malfunction?
Of course they can and when you think you've been short changed the first thing you should is do nothing. Leave the machine alone, stay there and call for a slot attendant.
If indeed there is a problem the casino will most certainly pay you, and if there isn't a malfunction it's no big deal.
