Slot players are always trying to "figure out" slot machines with the hope that they'll discover a pattern that will tip them off about when a machine is ready to "hit."
Despite the fact that slot machine manufacturers and casino management, both here in Las Vegas, and anywhere you find slot machines, insist that it's all completely random people continue speculating and studying slot machine behavior.
Now we have a slot machine fan who is a computer programmer and systems analyst who conducted his own private research on the matter of slot machine patters.
His results are interesting as is the response he received from John Robison, "The Slot Expert", at "Casino City Times" .
Keep in mind that no matter how you interpret this report the whole object of gambling is to have fun while trying to hit it big.
