in a tournament i do not have enough to post the big blind as blinds are 800/1600 so small blind posts the small blind of 800 and i am all in with my 1100 the question i have is that does player 3 the one after the big blind need to just call my big blind all that is 1100 or put in the 1600 that is ment to be the big blind of 1600 if they want to play

The board is showing Ks,Js, 10s, 9s and the river is 2s Board plays a flush. last opponents hand to call has 10d,4s I have 9d, Qd (no spades) yet I still have a Ks,Js,10s9s,2s
Does the apponnent's hand have a higher flush than I do since I am playing the board to the 2s and he paying the board to a 4s
I know with a straight on the board, you have to have a higher straight card that is on the board, higher than the highest card of the straight on the board or the board plays to a split.
Does the flush work down in matching value and the straight work up or just the highest card in the straight splits the pot
