POKER UPDATE

Women, and Poker, sounds like a good time to me.
Playing cards was always popular with women, primary for funsies at the kitchen table, but not anymore. Today's female Poker players are not your grandmother's card players.
"Poker Player's Life" has published an excellent article devoted to female Poker players with profiles of some of the top players.
Here's a story about women who excel at online poker, a pursuit that may or may not have a future, but isn't dead yet.

Finally, here's a story about how Poker helped Anne Heche get the lead role in a new show.
