PICNIC IN RED ROCK LAS VEGAS

There is a place for picnics in the Willow Springs area of Red Rock Canyon where you can get a bit of shade and catch some cooling breezes even on the hottest of days.
This video shows you this area that has hiking trails where you can see desert wildflowers and if you're lucky you may catch a glimpse of some bighorn sheep high up on the canyon walls.
Willow Springs is a mainstay for families since it is in a protected area where kids can run around without fear of being hit by a car or falling off a cliff.
The short, level hiking trail is used by Boy and girl scouts for hikes and Red Rock volunteers also conduct instructional tours along that trail.
