NFL Week 8

Another 50-50 Sunday last week, my 2 wins were by big amounts and the 2 loses were by 2 points. Close but no cigar.

With the NFL season approaching the half way point the dominant teams are emerging, and the pathetic teams are, well, providing the fodder for the other team's cannons.

The Giants have been good to me this season, so I see no reason not to stick with them away at winless Miami, minus 10.

In the battle between two crummy 2 and 4 teams I'll take San Francisco, at home, against New Orleans on a rare even bet. San Francisco had its moments against the Giants last Sunday.

I'll take undefeated Indianapolis minus 7, at Carolina, even though it may not be the lock it appears to be.

And we'll round it out with Green Bay, away, plus 3, in an inter-league game against Denver.
