The NFL season is in full swing and is it possible that the Dallas Cowboys, the San Francisco 49er's, the Denver Broncos, and the Pittsburgh Steelers are back?

They're all 2-0, and, whoa, wait a minute, the season is just entering its 3rd week and I'm already thinking that the League Championship match ups are a lock.

I know the season is young but I've got a feeling that this will be a good year for a higher number of teams than usual which should mean some prime viewing for us armchair quarterbacks.

This weekend there are several early season key match ups such as Indianapolis, minus 6 at Houston, San Francisco, plus 9, at Pittsburgh, and Cleveland, plus 3, at Oakland. I like Indy and Pittsburgh, and the Raiders, as the better of two mediocre teams.

Dallas, plus 3, at Chicago almost looks like a gimme, but going but recent past seasons you never could tell which Dallas team might show up. Still I think the Cowboys can take this one on the road, even without the spread.
