NFL Football 2008 Week 3

OK, 5 and 3 last weekend, so the winning streak continued.

It's still way too early in the season to tell who's really good but it does look as though the NFC East is strong again.

The Denver win was a fluke because of a strange call at the end of the game, and NFL officials will look at that "mistake whistle" rule during the off season, and probably change it.

With all but a few teams being as good or bad as each other, those point spreads are becoming all the more important, which is what sports betting is all about anyway.

Let's see how I do this weekend with:

New York Giants, at home, minus 13, over Cincinnati
Arizona, away, plus 3, over Washington
New England, at home, minus 13, over Miami
Chicago, at home, minus 3, over Tampa Bay
Carolina, away, minus 3, over Minnesota
Denver, at home, minus 5, over New Orleans
San Diego, at home, minus 9, over New York Jets
Indianapolis, at home, minus 5, over Jacksonville

Here's a pair of Las Vegas websites where you can check out the odds and point spreads for all the NFL games and see what propositions you like.

Have fun and good luck!
