NFL Conference Championships

OK, we're up to the NFL Conference Championships; a pair of games that are usually well worth watching.
I guess the big surprise has to be the New York Giants for whom the third time apparently was the charm. Maybe the Cowboys took the Giants for granted after having beaten them twice in the regular season.
San Diego probably surprised more than a few people last weekend but I had a feeling that they'd come through.
New England failed to cover the spread so I ended up 2-2 for the Division Playoffs giving me a 4-3-1 playoff record so far.
For the NFC game I'm going with Green Bay, at home, minus 7, over the Giants.
The AFC game perplexes me because of all the possibilities. The Patriots are on the brink of setting a record, if they run the table, so they have a lot at stake.
The Chargers on the other hand have plenty of incentive and should be jacked after knocking off the defending NFL champion last week. But, they are banged up physically.
Still, with a point spread of +15 for San Diego, I'm going with the visiting Chargers, although I think New England will win the game itself.
