Despite a slight economic slow down in Las Vegas, caused primarily by the slump in the housing market, investor confidence in its gaming industry is at an all time high.
Proof of this is the opening of the second "planet hollywood" property here.
The new "Planet Hollywood Hotel and Casino" occupies the property formerly known as "The Aladdin".
Obviously the old Aladdin motif has been replaced with a more appropriate Hollywood motif.
