It's no secret that the country is in the midst of a severe slump in the housing market.
Because of too much speculation, and easy to obtain mortgages, Las Vegas saw a boom in the building industry that has now resulted in quite a few houses left wanting for buyers.
Obviously this has created a "buyer's market" and there are houses of every size and type on the market at very attractive prices.
This, combined with the new casinos that will be opening over the next few years, presents some interesting possibilities and opportunities for those who are interested in moving to Las Vegas.
