When I say there's construction galore in Las Vegas, I mean there's something being built everywhere you look.

A high rise condominium complex, a new casino, or an addition to an existing one is being erected on just about every square inch of available land along The Las Vegas Strip,

There's construction taking place at the northern and southern extremes of The Strip and before long one can expect The Strip itself to have been lengthened considerably.

Not to be outdone is the famous Las Vegas Downtown area, for which Mayor Oscar Goodman has been pushing for redevelopment for years.

There is also a sports arena in the planning stages that is hoped will eventually attract a pro sports franchise to Las Vegas.
