More and more online Poker rooms are thumbing their nose at the US law that effectively bans US citizens from playing online.
Superior Poker has made an inauspicious return to online gambling with an emphasis on the type of games most favored by Americans such as Texas Hold'Em.
Here's the report that states that online Poker site "Poker Stars" is the one Americans like best.
"Full Tilt" is a Poker site that was, and is once again, among the most popular played by Americans.
So it appears, as I predicted, that Americans will have their online gambling, particularly Poker.
Now how long this will last is open to discussion but as I see it, as long as Americans fund their accounts in some way other than by using a credit card, there is no illegality.
As for the passage of laws outright banning Americans from gambling online, I'm no lawyer, but I don't see how that's possible, without seriously infringing on our rights.
