With the Las Vegas Strip quickly getting crowded with the construction of the newest mega-casinos and hi-rise condominiums, the most recently announced projects will be erected off Strip.

Several ambitious hi-rise condo projects were cancelled last year, but that was then, and this is now, and hi-rise condos are now rising from the ground faster than corn in Nebraska in June.

Observing this kind of transformation is like witnessing a futuristic city unfolding right before one's eyes.

The latest announcement is for The Pinnacle. which will be located just minute from the Strip adjacent to The Orleans Hotel and Casino.
