The slump in the American housing market is hard not to notice since the news has been reporting on the, "housing bubble", for about 2 years.
This situation can be either good or bad depending on whether you are trying to sell a house. In fact, it can be rough going for either deal because of the now difficult mortgage market.
So, as hard as it is to sell a house now, it can be equally difficult to buy one. even if you've bargained down the price considerably.
But for those who have the means, and are looking for a second home in a destination or resort city, especially if you're a fan of gambling, Las Vegas has some Real bargains right now.
