Yes it is possible to live on a lake in Las Vegas; as I always say, you can find anything in Las Vegas.
This video will give you a peek at an unusual community, known as, appropriately, "The lakes", which is about 15 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip.
The development offers houses of all sizes and styles, and they range in price from expensive to ridiculously expensive. The size of the house, and its appointments and proximity to one of the several man-made lakes dictates the price.
I wonder what kind of lakes women would make.
It is a gated community so I wasn't able to gain access but the video gives you a look at some of the more mansion-like homes.
Las Vegas offers housing of every imaginable type, far too many to list, so for those who have expressed interest in relocation check out this website for more information.
