The Stardust Hotel and Casino will become the next property to star in its own demise at the end of the year.

Another of Las Vegas famous implosions will bring down one of the last landmark, "Rat Pack," era casinos when The Stardust closes its doors.

It's hard to believe, in this era of mega resorts, that The Stardust, for quite a while, held the titles for the largest casino and swimming pool.

Many a dollar was gambled at this grand dame, and even now as its lights prepare to dim, it still has its fans and boasts one of the best Sports Books, and has reasonably priced, high quality entertainment.

If you've ever wanted to walk along with the ghosts of Sinatra, Martin, Davis and company, this might be your last chance to do so.
