Out with the old, in with the new, that's the way it goes here in Las Vegas.
If you ever wanted to see some of what's left of the old Las Vegas, especially the smaller places, you may not want to wait very long. At the rate these small casinos are being demolished "old Vegas" will soon consist of places built in the 90's.
As I reported here, the New Frontier has been sold, at an astonishingly high price, and will give way for another "replica" type property.
The new casino will mimic New York City's famous Plaza Hotel.
