Las Vegas Inches Closer To An NBA Team Franchise

I'd like to say that the odds for a shot at an NBA franchise coming to Las vegas are about the same as making a tough 3 pointer, but right now the odds are a bit more like taking a shot from the mid-court line.

Still, that's a lot better than the odds of making a full-court shot which is where the city stood about 2 years ago.

Our dauntless mayor, Oscar Goodman, is determined to bring a professional sports team to Las Vegas and he's getting closer to his goal.

Here's the latest report on the effort to bring an NBA team to Las Vegas.
