This is news that should make the President happy. After an unsuccessful attempt to sell American ports to Dubai it seems that Las Vegas has seen fit to sell part of itself to a foreign country.
So by hook or by crook Dubya gets Dubai entrenched in the USA, not that he actually had anything to do with it.
Las Vegas MGM Mirage is selling 5 billion bucks worth of itself to Dubai apparently because it bit off more than it could chew when embarking on its "City Center" project.
So, for better or worse Dubai finally gets in bed with America.
