Las Vegas has many casinos that are designed for and known only to the locals. Each one has its own special character and a niche audience.
Some of these casinos are real gems for one reason or another, and ellis island, which is the subject of this video, has a great, reasonably priced barbeque.
Ellis Island Casino and Brewery is tucked away one block south of The Strip, on Koval Lane.
About a week ago, compliments of my wife's boss, who threw a birthday party for himself, I had the chance to visit it for the first time, and chow down at their outdoor barbeque.
I don't endorse products or places, but to my taste, they have great barbeque, and at their near giveaway prices, it has to be one of the best bargains in Las Vegas.
They also have a micro brewery, as you can see in the video, and the report on it from those at the party who tippled a bit, was that the beer was first class.
