When's the right time to say enough is enough when gambling?

This topic can apply to both winning and losing streaks; I have far more experience with the latter.

I've become so used to having to cut my losses, with most things in life, that when I do it early enough I consider it a winning day.

Gaming Guru, Fred Renzey, offers his thoughts on when it's best for a gambler to call it a day.
