Gwen Stefani started her stint in Las Vegas at The Palms Hotel and Casino and the after concert party featured all the usual suspects, and some surprises.

No party that features someone as eclectic as Stefani, seen above with the Maloofs, owners of The Palms, is complete without Party Queen Paris Hilton, who again is in tandem with her not as outrageous sister Nicky.

They haven't hit the socialite scene together in a while but it seems that Paris is currently without a "BFF", that's "Best Friend Forever", so little sis fills the gap.
