Green Valley Ranch Hotel and Casino, shown in this video, is a lush, upscale, off-Strip property that is favored by gamblers who want all the amenities available on the Las Vegas Strip but in more of a Country club setting.
Station Casinos, the largest Las Vegas "locals" casinos company owns Green Valley Ranch, but this property is not geared towards locals, even though it does attract its fair share of residents.
