Another lousy Saturday last weekend, I went 1 and 3.
Only Kansas came through for me, and it was a tough win, as I predicted. UCLA is having one of its common up and down seasons, Florida is certainly not the team it was last year, and Wake Forest now appears to be a team worth watching.
In fact I'll go out on a limb and take The Demon Deacons, away, minus 1, against Virginia, a team that has been improving for the past few years. It should be a good game for spectators, but probably a nail biter for bettors.
Most of this week's games seem to be too close to call or have huge spreads, which I don't especially like. So I'll show some confidence in the number 2 team, Boston College, and take them, at home, minus 6, over Florida State.
Let's see how the Big 10 treats me this week with Illinois, away, minus 11, over Minnesota, and we'll round out the week with downtrodden notre dame, at home, minus 3, over Navy.
Notre Dame has a horrendous record, but, all their losses were to teams that are at least good, and mostly very good.
Here's this weeks college football odds from the "VegasInsider", and "College Football Locks".
Check for yourself and see what you think. Have fun and good luck!
