College Football Week Six

College Football Week Six

Depending on your viewpoint last weekend in college football was either great or a bust.

5 of the Top 10 teams went down to defeat, and Southern Cal barely squeaked by unranked Washington, a team that was 2-2, by 3 points.

That cost USC the top spot in the polls as LSU surged past them to number 1.

I racked up a pathetic 1-3 record last week due to losses by penn state, Florida and Texas. Only Cincinnati came through for me, so much for the big name schools.

Let's have a little fun and see if I can get back on a wining track this weekend.

Undefeated, but shaky Wisconsin gets 3, away, at surprisingly strong Illinois. I'll give Wisconsin another try.

North Carolina has 4 losses, but close ones, to 4 good teams; still, I'll take Miami, away, minus 7, and hold my breath.

There are a lot of good games this weekend, from a viewer's perspective, Florida-LSU, Oklahoma-Texas, Georgia-Tennessee, and many others. They're all too close to call as is Nebraska, giving 7 points, at Missouri, but hey, it's gambling right, so I'll take Nebraska in this classic "Big 12" matchup.

And I'll take a chance on Alabama, at home, minus 11, over Houston.

Here's this weeks college football odds from the "VegasInsider", and "College Football Locks".

Check for yourself and see what you think. Have fun and good luck!
