COLLEGE FOOTBALL WEEK 7

COLLEGE FOOTBALL WEEK 7

No surprises last week in college football and I don't think we'll have any shockers this Saturday either.

There are some interesting games on tap however, and I would be surprised if there wasn't a bit of a reshuffle among the top ten.

The premier games will be #14 Oklahoma, at home, vs. #7 Texas, #9 LSU vs. #5 Florida, at home, and #13 Tennessee vs. #10 Georgia, at home.

The Oklahoma-Texas game is always somewhat of a tossup whenever these teams are closely ranked and 14 and 7 is close enough in a rivalry of this magnitude.

The "Vegas.com" line has Texas as a 4-4 ½ point favorite. I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that I think Oklahoma, at home, stands a good chance of winning this one outright.

#5 Florida, at home, vs. #9 LSU +2. I think LSU is a bit of a sleeper this year. They're looking for respect and their loss to powerful Auburn was only by 4 points.

#10 Georgia, at home, should be a bit much for visiting #13 Tennessee, even though they are a 2 ½ point favorite.

#1 Ohio State, at home, takes on unranked Bowling Green- Take Bowling Green, with the points, but only if you can get 100+.

Other than these games the rest of the schedule is pretty boring, mostly old rivalries between mediocre teams, which could make for close games, but without any real significance in the scheme of things. For bettors most of these will probably be pick-ems.

Good luck!
