COLLEGE FOOTBALL WEEK 11

Last week's upsets have finally made this an interesting college football season.
USC was due for a loss after having so many close calls, and Oregon State has always played them tough, so it was no surprise. They're certainly not going to lose to 0-8 Stanford, but whether or not they'll cover the 30 point spread is questionable.
Tulsa still interests me, and not because I lived there for a few years, although there is tremendous spirit and support for the team in that town.
This week they face a perennial rival, Houston, and are minus 4 points, away from home, but I think the Golden Hurricane, with only one loss to a tough BYU team, is a bit underrated this year and will cover that spread.
The Top Ten teams are playing much lesser opponents this Saturday so I don't see any upsets but if you're a fan of long shots, and big point spreads this could be your week, if you can find a taker.
The second tier teams look solid for wins but the point spreads make these games close for the gambler.
B.C. minus 3-4 points over Wake Forest, both 7-1, is almost a pick 'em, but I have to give B.C the nod based on a slightly tougher schedule.
I also like oklahoma minus 2 ½ at Texas A&M because of the tougher schedule. Without the bogus loss to Oregon the Sooners would only have bowed to then #7 Texas, and be ranked considerably higher than #18.
