CASINOS AND KIDS

To bring, or not to bring the kids to Las Vegas, that's the question.
If you're the parent of minor children there isn't much you can do without taking them into consideration. So when planning a vacation, and thoughts of a bit of gambling in Las Vegas arise, so do thoughts of what to do with the wee ones.
If they're infants or toddlers you're better off entrusting them to, well, someone you trust. "Hi mom, how's dad, say I was wondering if...."
But if they're older, and you want to share the non-gambling part of the Las Vegas experience with you, what do they do when you are winning your jackpots?
I have no hard and fast answer because one must be over 21 to be in a casino. Unless the offspring
are old enough to be on their own, and only you can determine that, what to do with the kids is something you have to seriously consider. If you're part of a couple you can always use the "tag-team" approach, one gambles, while the other baby-sits. Not perfect, but doable.
But if you want to be together while gambling, and why not, then someone has to take charge of the kids.
I guess you could always bring another, trusted adult, with you, and tag team with him or her, as far as the gambling and kid watching go.
The only reason I even bring this matter up is because I want you to have the best possible time when you visit Las Vegas, and it's best to face a potential problem before it becomes a problem.
Here's an article that discusses this problem.
I'm betting on you though. No matter what your situation is I'm sure you'll be winging your way to Las Vegas before long.
Good luck!
