I know, that sounds nuts, but then nearly everything associated with Las Vegas verges on nuts anyway so why not include the carpets.
This topic just jumped out at me as something that had to be examined both out of curiosity and scientific interest.
First off, be aware that virtually nothing in marketing is left to chance these days. For example, there aren't any clocks in any Las Vegas casinos. The last thing a casino owner wants to remind you of is that you've been gambling for, let's say, 17 straight hours.
So the carpets, such as that beauty shown above, used in casinos are also specifically chosen to keep gamblers gambling.
